Tina Sarracino
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Tina volunteered at AgeFIT at the University of Queensland for 2 years before graduating from Human Movement Studies in 2009. She continued her career at the Active Health Clinic, becoming clinic manager soon after, and has now started her own business focusing on physical activity for over 60's and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Tina has experience in the wider field working at the Queensland Sports Medicine Centre, The Leukemia Foundation at the Mater Hospital as well as being a tutor & practicum supervisor for the School of Human Movement Studies, UQ.
Tina specialises in exercise rehabilitation with the elderly, particularly musculoskeletal rehab, falls prevention and chronic disease management. She enjoys training fit & able bodies as well, and provides constant challenges for her clients to achieve.
