Bootcamps are a fun and social way of exercising outdoors, catering for a range of fitness levels and ability. Each session is different to ensure you are constantly challenged and stimulated, as well as to ensure continued improvments in muscle strength, core stability and cardiorespiratory fitness.
All services are provided by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, meaning you may be entitled to a Medicare, DVA or private health fund rebate depending upon your health fund, level of cover and the service provided. Contact your health fund or Tina for more information on your eligibiltiy and referrals required.
