Bootcamps are a fun and social way of exercising outdoors, catering for a range of fitness levels and ability. Each session is different to ensure you are constantly challenged and stimulated, as well as to ensure continued improvments in muscle strength, core stability and cardiorespiratory fitness. 


For those who can't access the gym, Tina offers the same benefits and individual attention in the comfort of home. This is ideal for those who no longer drive, have mobility concerns and patients recovering from surgery.



Personal training is a great way to get results, fast. With individualised exercise plans and a variety of training styles, Tina can cater for everyone: young, old, athlete or beginner. With gentle encouragement and close attention, it is both a safe and fun way to train.

All services are provided by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, meaning you may be entitled to a Medicare, DVA or private health fund rebate depending upon your health fund, level of cover and the service provided.
