Each personal training session is specific to each individual client. Tina employs a variety of training methods to keep clients engaged and challenged, while gently encouraging clients to acheive more than they think they are capable of. I also place a large emphasis on teaching clients how to manage their body long term.
Every session includes some cardio-respiratory fitness specific training, muscle strengthening and flexibility, with emphasis placed on funcitonal movement and promoting overall stability, not just isolated movements.
