Over 60's classes

 

 

The Over 60's classes are gym-based group sessions with a maximum of 8 particpants per 60 minute session. Each participant must first have an initial consultation to comprehensively discuss their medical history and assess their physical ability. From there, an individualised training program is devised including machine-based strengthening, core strengthening, balance & stability, cardio-respiratory interval training, as well as stretching & flexibility. A large emphasis is placed upon correct technique, functional movements and biomechanical alignment.

 

Although the class is conducted in a group environment, each participant does their own program that focuses on their goals or areas of concern with programs updated approximately every 6 weeks.
