Home visits

 

Home visits are ideal for people who no longer drive, cannot make it into the gym or do not feel comfortable exercising in a gym environment. These services provide the same benefits as gym-based training through the use of body weight, balls, bands & balance pads. Home based exercise programs are generally more gentle and emphasise functional movements that replicate Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) to promote independence and independent living for as long as safely possible.
