Bootcamps are a fun and social way of exercising outdoors, catering for a range of fitness levels and ability. Each session is different to ensure you are constantly challenged and stimulated, as well as to ensure continued improvments in muscle strength, core stability and cardiorespiratory fitness.
Emphasis is placed on safe training- no one is asked to go beyond what they feel comfortable doing in order to prevent injuries from occuring, and to maximise functional benefits. Every session is different to ensure variety so no one gets bored!
Each participant must have medical clearance from their Doctor or other relevant health professional.
